COMEDY MACHINE OAKLAND is the newest comedy production in Oakland. In this one-night comedy tournament, comedians literally live and die by the fans. With a different format from one week to the next, audiences can’t wait to see Bay Area's newest comedy talent duke it out for the brass ring--or, some other ring of lesser value. Hosted weekly by Ira Summer & Samson "Mahatma Moses" Koletkar, COMEDY MACHINE OAKLAND promises to leave you on the ropes with laughter. One thing’s for sure: You got to be at Comedy Machine Oakland every Saturday at 8pm to cheer for your comedy champions.

Q. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
A. Bring a valid Photo ID. We recommend 18+. Most of our shows are pretty clean shows but it's a live comedy show. If you are under 18 and accompanied by an adult who doesn't mind it, we won't mind it. If you are too young to sit quietly in one place for 90 minutes we'll be happy to tie you to your chair and tape your mouth.
Q. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
A. Ample street parking around the venue is available. There is also a parking garage close by.
Q. What can/can't I bring to the event?
A. Bring your family and friends, and enjoy the show. We are pretty easy-going and there are no strict restrictions.
